Reservations: You may make reservations up to one year in advance. Please try to give us an indication of your estimated arrival time. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card (4% additional charge for a credit card). Your card must be valid for the duration of your stay. Your card will only be debited should you fail to show up. If a credit/debit card is not available, a cheque equalling the amount of the first night's stay, made payable to 'Auld Alliance Bed & Breakfast', must be received 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: We always do our best to re-let rooms. The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, less any revenue from re-letting. A no-show will be charged in full, except during the festivals in August and New Year (and during International rugby matches etc) when we have a 14 day cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before any action can be made. We recommend you take out travel insurance. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay is required for all New Year reservations.
Check out is by 10:30am on day of departure.
